If you are alone at home, you are lazy to cook and you want to eat something quickly, do not fall back on a fast food or industrial food with all the preservatives and sugar that contains. Prepare this little dish of tomatoes stuffed with tuna, quick to make and satiating.
Ingredients: 2 parts - 2 SP / part
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes
- A can of tuna with drained water
- 1 hard-boiled egg cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise light
- 1 chopped onion
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Start by mixing tuna, mustard, mayonnaise, egg, parsley and onion in a bowl and cool.
Cut the top of the tomatoes and seed them, then fill them with the tuna mixture.
Put the tuna stuffed tomatoes in the fridge until ready to serve or enjoy them immediately.
