This dish is irresistibly good, with tender and melting lamb meat. Follow the recipe to prepare a light lamb navarin, with the vegetables of the sun.
Ingredients: 4 parts - 6 SP / part
- 300 g lamb meat, preferably shoulder
- 150 g potatoes
- 150 g of carrot
- 100 g of turnip
- 150 g of peas
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Chopped parsley
- Salt, pepper and pepper
Preparation:
Start by peeling the carrots, potatoes and turnips, then cut into pieces.
Peel the onion and chop it, then cut the meat into medium sized pieces, then fry with oil and parsley for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Cook the carrots, potato, peas and turnips in a bowl of water for 15 minutes with a little salt.
Mix the vegetables and meat in a dish, then serve your navarin with light lamb immediately.
