With the beautiful sunny days come colorful vegetables such as peppers, we will take this opportunity to present this wonderful recipe for a pepper pie.
Ingredient: 6 parts - 9 SP / part
- 3 peppers
Pastry with cottage cheese- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 15 cl of lightened liquid cream 20%
- 100 g smoked diced bacon
- 120 g light feta cheese 8%
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by preheating your oven at 180 °, then fry the peppers and shallot in the olive oil for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the liquid cream, add the bacon cut into pieces.
Add salt, pepper and paprika, then add the peppers and mix well.
Place the broken dough in a mold and prick it with a fork, then spread your preparation over it.
Sprinkle with feta and put in the oven for 40 minutes, then serve your pepper pie next to a salad.
