Light pancakes with baked potatoes WW






Here's the recipe for light pancakes of baked WW apples, slices of apples wrapped in pancake batter and baked, easy and simple to make and ideal for breakfast. You can replace apples with strawberries, apricots, or peaches.






Ingredients for 10 crepes: - 1 SP

  • 300 g of apples

  • 1 egg

  • 30 g of flour

  • 3 tablespoons skim milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon sweetener

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Preparation:

In a bowl beat the egg and milk and add the flour, sweetener, yeast and cinnamon.

Mix until you have a smooth paste.

Peel the apples and squeeze them out and cut them into regular slices.

Dip the slices of apple into the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Then bake the light pancakes with apples for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, return to half-cooking.
