Strawberry Caipiroska Cocktail with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Strawberry Caïpiroska cocktail with Thermomix, a tasty frozen cocktail of strawberries, lemon and vodka, easy and quick to make thermomix for your summer evenings.

Ingredients:

• 300 g strawberries


• 100 g of vodka


• 50 g cane sugar


• juice of 1 lime


• 500 g ice cubes


• 4 mint leaves

Thermomix preparation:

Put the strawberries and sugar in the bowl and set 30 seconds from speed 5 to speed 10.

Add the ice cubes and mix 30 seconds at speed 7.

Then add lemon juice, mint leaves and vodka and mix for 40 seconds at speed 3.

Pour into glasses then serve immediately.
