This is the recipe for WW Light Fish Curry, a tasty fish dish cooked in a creamy and slightly tart curry sauce, easy and quick to make, serve with rice and salad for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 2 people: - 1 SP / person
- 4 fish fillets
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon curved curry
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream 15%
- salt pepper
Preparation:
In a non-stick frying pan put the water and lemon juice, then put the fish fillets and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, salt and pepper.
Check the cooking of the fish then remove and place on a plate.
Add the cream and curry sauce and stir and cook for about 4 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the fish fillets and serve.
