Here is the recipe for WW light vegetable cigars, tasty crispy cigars, baked, easy to prepare and perfect for serving as a starter or side dish.






Ingredients for 12 cigars: - 1 sp / cigar -

  • 6 sheets of brick

  • 3 zucchini

  • 3 carrots

  • 100 g of bean sprouts

  • 1 pinch of turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini and peel the carrots and grated them.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry the zucchini and carrots for 3 minutes.

Then add the bean sprouts, salt, pepper and turmeric and cook for about 10 minutes.

Cut the pastry sheets in half.

Spread the vegetable sticks on each half sheet of brick fold both sides and roll them tightly.

Place the spring rolls in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
