Tzatziki of Light Cucumber WW

Here is the recipe for WW Light Cucumber Tzatziki, a delicious light yoghurt and cucumber sauce flavored with garlic and mint, easy to prepare and a great accompaniment to sandwiches or crudités.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person -

  • 250 g Greek yogurt 0%

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

  • 2 mint leaves

  • coriander

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash and grate the cucumber and let it out for 15 minutes.

In a salad bowl put the cucumber, finely chopped garlic, mint and coriander, yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.

Place your light tzatziki in the fridge until ready to serve.
