Here is the recipe for potatoes stuffed with roquefort WW, tasty potato stuffed au gratin, easy and simple to prepare, to serve with a salad.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 6 SP / person
- 4 potatoes of 120 g each
- 60 g of Roquefort cheese
- 100 g of white ham defatted diced
- 4 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once the apples are cooked drain them and let them cool a bit.
Cut the top of the potatoes and empty them with a spoon and put the flesh in a salad bowl.
Crush the flesh with a fork then add the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix well.
Then add the ham and mix everything.
Stuff the potatoes and crumble the Roquefort cheese on top.
Place the potatoes in a gratin dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
