Light Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis WW






Here is the recipe for the light panna cotta with strawberry coulis WW, a panna cotta in light version and deliciously scented with vanilla, easy and simple to make for a light and gourmet dessert.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 SP / person

  • 400 ml of liquid cream at 5% of mg

  • 15 g of agave syrup

  • 2 sheets of gelatin

  • 1 vanilla pod

For the strawberry coulis:

  • 250 g strawberries

  • 1/2 lemon juice

Preparation:

Let's start by preparing panna cotta:

Dip the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes, then split the vanilla pod into 2 and scrape the seeds with a knife.

In a saucepan pour the cream, the agave syrup with the vanilla and the seeds and let heat for a few minutes.

Then remove from the heat then add the drained gelatin and mix well.

Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.


For the strawberry coulis, wash the strawberries and then put them in a blender with the lemon juice and mix for a few seconds.

When serving, cover the panna cotte with strawberry coulis.
