Ingredients for 4 people: - 9 SP / person

  • 250 g pasta

  • 1 onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes

  • 125 g light mozzarella

  • 20 pitted black olives

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel and chop the onion and garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces.

In a skillet heat 'olive oil then fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling salted water as directed on package.
