Here is the pasta recipe with tuna cream and WW cherry tomatoes, a good cold pasta dish, easy and simple to make for a light and summery meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 8 SP / person
- 250 g pasta
- 160 g of natural tuna
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 leaves of basil
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package. Then drain them.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut the wedges.
Put in a blender put tuna, basil leaves, parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper then mix.
Then add a ladle of pasta cooking juice and mix again.
In a dish mix the pasta with the tuna cream and serve immediately.
