Here's the recipe for Thermomix Tuna and Egg Potato Salad, a great quick and easy to prepare Thermomix salad for a cold, balanced meal.
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 400 g of zucchini
- 4 eggs
- 200 g canned tuna
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 20 g of olive oil
- 700 g of water
- basil, oregano
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces then cut the zucchini into pieces.
Put the potatoes in the varoma and zucchini in the varoma pan, and then put the eggs in the cooking basket.
Pour the water into the bowl with a pinch of salt then insert the cooking basket, varoma and varoma pan, and set 30 minutes varoma to speed 2.
At the bell, put the zucchini and the potatoes in a bowl.
Add the drained and crumbled tuna and the cherry tomatoes and mix.
Then add salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano and basil and mix.
