Here is the recipe for egg casserole WW courgette, a good dish with zucchini stuffed with ham and eggs, easy and simple to achieve for a light and balanced meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person -

  • 4 zucchini

  • 4 eggs

  • 120 g cubed white ham

  • 40 g of Parmesan cheese

  • pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the zucchini caps, then empty them with a small spoon to remove the seeds.

Place the zucchini on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and salt and cook for 10 minutes.

In each zucchini put 10 g Parmesan and 30 g ham and break an egg, salt and pepper.

Then put the zucchini back in the oven and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve immediately your egg casserole in zucchini.
