Ingredients:
- 220 g of almond powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 50 g of lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- icing sugar
Thermomix preparation:
Put the lemon peel and the sugar in the thermomix bowl and mix for 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add the almond powder, flour and lemon juice and adjust for 1 minute on the cob.
Form bouets of about 25 g then flatten them slightly.
Place the cookies in a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle with icing sugar.
