Here is the recipe for fried potato carrots feta WW, a light pan fried carrot, easy and simple to serve, to serve as a side dish with meat or fish.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person -
- 400 g carrots
- 100 g light feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel the carrots and cut them into large sticks.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the peeled garlic.
Add the carrots, salt and pepper and cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Then add the crumbled feta and chopped parsley, mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
Remove the garlic and serve your pan feta carrots.
