Thermomix Chocolate Mousse Cake






The Thermomix Chocolate Mousse Cake is a tasty, no-bake cake made from chocolate biscuits and creamy, aerial chocolate mousse. This cake is easy to make with thermomix and perfect to serve for a refined dessert.






Ingredients:

  • 300 g of chocolate biscuit

  • 150 g of butter

  • 300 g cold liquid cream

  • 250 g of liquid cream

  • 300 g dark chocolate

  • 100 g caster sugar

Thermomix preparation:

Put the biscuits in the thermomix bowl and mix for 8 seconds at speed 10.

Add the butter and set for 3 minutes at 60 ° on speed 2.

Pour the mixture into a hinged mold and beat the dough well and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

During this time put in the thermomix bowl, the chocolate then chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.

Add 250 g of liquid cream and set 5 minutes at 60 ° to speed 3.

Pour into a container and let cool completely.

Wash the bowl with cold water then dry it, insert the whisk, put 300 g of cold cream and set 1 minute 30 seconds at speed 3.5.

Add the powdered sugar and set for 1 minute at speed 3.5.

Add the whipped cream to the chocolate cream and mix gently with a Maryse.

Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth the top.

Keep cool for at least 6 hours.

When serving, unmold the cake and sprinkle with cocoa.
