WW Spring Vegetable Pasta






Here is the recipe for pasta with WW spring vegetables, a good light and sunny dish, pasta and good vegetables, very easy and quick to cook for a light and balanced meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 7 SP / person -

  • 240 g pasta penne

  • 20 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 artichokes

  • 150 g of peas

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package. Then drain them.

Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes, then clean and slice the artichokes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in quarters.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the carrots for 3 minutes.

Add the artichoke slices and leave for 2 minutes.

Then add the peas, salt, pepper and 1 loaf of the pasta and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

At the end of cooking add the drained pasta and the cherry tomatoes then stir and leave for 2 minutes.

Then serve immediately your pasta dish with spring vegetables.
