This is the recipe for WW Light Tuna and Zucchini Muffins, tasty light muffins in a salty, sunny version, easy to make and perfect for serving with a salad for a light meal or as a starter for the most demanding.
Ingredients for 12 people: - 3 SP / person -
- 100 g of natural tuna
- 2 zucchini
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of skimmed milk
- 20 g of olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash the zucchini and grated them.
In a bowl beat the eggs then add the milk and oil and mix.
Add the salt, pepper, flour, baking powder and Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
Then add the crumbled tuna and grated zucchini and mix everything.
Divide the preparation into muffin cups lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
