Coconut Flan with Thermomix





Here is the recipe for the coconut custard with Thermomix, a tasty caramelized flan, creamy with a soft layer of grated coconut, easy to make with thermomix and perfect to serve as a gourmet dessert that will delight your taste buds.






Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (375 g)

  • 375 g of milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 120 g grated coconut

  • liquid caramel

Thermomix preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put in the thermomix bowl, the condensed milk, the milk, the coconut and the eggs then mix 45 seconds at speed 4.

Put the liquid caramel in a mold and pour over the preparation.

Bake your custard then in a bain-marie for 45 to 50 minutes.

Once cooked let cool and cool for at least 6 hours.

Then unmold your flan and serve.
