Here's the recipe for the WW Tuna Potato Salad, a tasty, light and fresh salad, easy to prepare and perfect for cold or warm input.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 sp / person -
- 4 potatoes (about 500 g)
- 120 g of natural tuna
- 1 shallot
- chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
Wash the potatoes well and cook them in a saucepan filled with salt water for 20 to 25 minutes.
Then drain the potatoes and then peel them and cut them into pieces.
Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
In a salad bowl put the potatoes, drained and crumbled tuna, parsley, shallot, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix everything.
Then place your salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
