Here's the recipe for Thermomix Lemon and Yogurt Cracked Crackers, tasty lemon-scented cookies with a crispy exterior and a melting interior, easy to use with a thermomix to accompany a cup of tea.
Ingredients:
- 270 g flour
- 25 g of almond powder
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g of butter
- 125 g white yoghurt
- 10 ml of lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- caster sugar
- icing sugar
Thermomix preparation:
Put the sugar and lemon zest in the thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds at speed 10.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 40 seconds at speed 6.
Form a ball of dough then wrap it in cling film and cool for 1 hour.
Then, using a spoon, take some dough of about 25 g and roll in the caster sugar then in the icing sugar.
Arrange the balls in a plate covered with parchment paper spacing them a few cm.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, then bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 minutes.
