WW Light Zucchini and Chicken Pie is a tasty light salted pie without cream, made from chicken and grated zucchini. Easy to make and ideal to serve hot or cold with a small salad for a complete meal.
Ingredients for 6 people: - 1 SP / person -
- 1 light pie base ( recipe here )
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 2 zucchini
- 1 egg
- 100 g grated lean gruyère cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into pieces and peel the clove of garlic.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the chicken pieces and leave to brown for about 8 minutes.
Wash the zucchini and grated them.
In a salad bowl put the zucchini, chicken pieces, grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour the mixture on the bottom of the pie and spread it out.
Bake your zucchini and chicken pie at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
