Here's the recipe for the light zucchini and tuna quiche WW, a tasty quiche without cream, easy and simple to prepare, perfect to serve with a salad for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 6 people: - 4 sp / person -
- 1 light pie base ( recipe here )
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 onion
- 180 g of natural tuna
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 180 g plain yoghurt 0%
- 30 ml of skimmed milk
- 30 g grated lean gruyère cheese
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices, then peel and chop the onion.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the yoghurt and milk and add the grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix.
Spread the pastry in a pie pan and prick it with a fork.
Arrange zucchini and crumbled tuna and cover with egg mixture.
Bake your zucchini and tuna light quiche for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
