Here is the recipe for Easter Chocolate Cake with Thermomix, a delicious and pretty chocolate cake topped with a nutella and mascarpone ganache. Simple to make thermomix and perfect for Easter dessert.

Ingredients:

For the Genoese:

  • 4 eggs (separate whites and yolks)

  • 150 g of flour

  • 50 g cornflour

  • 100 g caster sugar

  • 100 g of butter

  • 200 g dark chocolate

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For the ganache:

  • 300 g of mascarpone

  • 300 g of Nutella

  • chocolate flakes

Thermomix preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Insert the whisk into the bowl then put the egg whites and put them in snow for 4 minutes at 37 ° at speed 3.5.

Then set aside in a container.

Without washing the bowl and without removing the whisk, put the egg yolks and sugar and set 2 minutes at speed 4.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.

Add them to the bowl and mix for 1 minute at speed 4.

Remove the whisk, add the flour, cornflour and yeast and mix for 2 minutes at speed 4.

Add the egg whites little by little then mix with the whisk and mix for 10 seconds at speed 2.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool before unmolding.

Put in the thermomix bowl, nutella and mascarpone then mix 30 seconds at speed 4.

Then cut the cake in half.

In a large serving dish put a sponge cake and spread some ganache on the surface.

Put the other cake on top and spread the rest of the ganache on the surface and edges of the cake.

Then sprinkle with grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
