This is the recipe for tagliatelle with asparagus and salmon WW, a good pasta dish with creamy asparagus and smoked salmon sauce, easy to cook and ideal to serve with a salad for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 8 SP / person
- 230 g of tagliatelle
- 120 g smoked salmon
- 1 shallot
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 120 ml of fresh cream at 4% of mg
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package. Then drain them.
Wash the asparagus and peel them from the head to the bottom of the stem and cut the end 1 cm.
Cook asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes.
Then drain and cut into pieces keeping the tip whole.
Peel and chop the shallot and cut the salmon into small pieces.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallot for 3 minutes.
Add the salmon and asparagus and cook for about 6 minutes.
Pour the cream and salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes.
Add the pasta with a small ladle of juice from their cooking, mix and let saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Then serve your dish immediately.
