Steamed Stuffed Squid






We present this easy recipe as usual, the recipe for oven-stuffed squid. The stuffing is very simple to make with few ingredients, which makes this dish a light dish while being satiating.






Ingredients: 4 parts - 4 SP / part

  • 8 medium-sized calamari, emptied and cleaned

  • 100 g of rice

  • 1 onion

  • juice of a lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon caper

  • 10 cl of white wine

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Parsley

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Start by detaching the head from the squid and remove the ink bag, then separate the cap from the tentacles. Wash and drain then put the caps aside and cut the rest into pieces.


Cook the rice according to the directions of the bag, usually you cook in half a liter of water with a little salt for 10 to 15 minutes.


Cook the pieces of squid, chopped onion and garlic with olive oil and white wine in a pan.


Pour the preparation into a bowl, add the caper and parsley, salt and pepper and mix well, then start stuffing the squid.


Close the squid with toothpicks, put them in a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 180 °.


Take the dish out of the oven and serve stuffed calamari next to a green salad or raw vegetables.
