Here is the recipe for the light raspberry mini-clafoutis WW, small clafoutis muffins way very soft, not too sweet with a very good texture and a good taste of vanilla, easy and simple to realize for a gourmet snack.






Ingredients for 8 muffins: - 2 SP / muffins -

  • 300 g raspberries

  • 80 g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 250 g of semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 tablespoon rum

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Wash and dry the raspberries.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, the agave syrup, the rum and the vanilla extract.

Add the flour and mix until you get a smooth paste.

In muffin cups lined with parchment paper or paper boxes, divide the raspberries.

Pour the dough over the raspberries and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
