Here is the recipe for light bars with oatmeal and raisins WW, tasty bars healthy, tender and practical, for young and old based on healthy products, easy and quick to realize for the snack. Raisins can be substituted for dried fruits or chocolate chips.
Ingredients for 10 bars: - 3 SP / bar
- 200 g of bananas
- 200 g of oats flakes
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 30 g of honey
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Peel the banana and put in a salad bowl and crush with a fork.
Add the oatmeal and mix well.
Dip the raisins in water then drain and add to the mixture.
Add the honey and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread with a spatula.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove and allow to cool.
Unmould then cut 10 equal bars and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
