Here is the recipe for leek flanks with smoked salmon at 1 SP, tasty light and fluffy small flans in a salty version, easy and quick to make, to be enjoyed alone as a gourmet starter or with a salad for a light evening meal.






Ingredients for 5 blanks: - 1 SP / flan -

  • 120 g smoked salmon

  • 5 leeks

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese 0%

  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Steam them for about 10 minutes.

Then in a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the leeks and salmon cut in small pieces for 2 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese, salt and pepper then add the leeks, the salmon and mix.

Pour the mixture into muffin pans and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
