Here is the recipe for cold pasta with zucchini and tuna WW, a tasty light and complete dish, very easy and quick to make, to serve as a starter or a light evening meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 7 SP / person
- 240 g fusilli pasta
- 400 g of zucchini
- 150 g of natural tuna
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as indicated on the package. Then drain them.
Wash zucchini and cut into pieces, then fry in olive oil for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges.
In a salad bowl put the pasta, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and tuna crumbled and mix everything.
Place your dish in the fridge until ready to serve.
