Here is the recipe for stewed veal with peas WW, a tasty light dish made from meat and vegetables, easy and quick to make for a balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 SP / person
- 500 g of veal
- 30 g of flour
- 1 onion
- 100 g of white wine
- 220 g of peas
- 150 g of tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces then flour it.
Peel and chop the onion.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the veal pieces and leave to brown.
Pour the white wine and let evaporate.
Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper and cook for 6 minutes.
Then add the peas, a little water and let simmer 20 minutes.
Then serve your stewed veal with peas immediately.
