Add the egg whites to the mascarpone cream and mix gently with a Maryse.
Soak the biscuits with the lemon juice mixture and divide them in verrines or a large dish.
Pour the cream with mascarpone then put a second layer of soaked biscuit and cover with mascarpone cream.
Place your tiramisu mojito in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
