Tiramisu Mojito with Thermomix






Here's the recipe for Tiramisu Mojito at Thermomix, a tasty fresh and light tiramisu with the tangy flavors of your favorite cocktail, easy and easy to make with thermomix. It is an ideal dessert for the end of a hearty meal.






Ingredients:

  • 200 g biscuits in the spoon

  • 3 eggs

  • 300 g of mascarpone

  • 100 g caster sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon mint syrup

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 10 tablespoons rum

  • juice of 3 limes

  • zest of 1 lemon

Thermomix preparation:

Separate the whites and egg yolks.

Put mint leaves, lemon juice, 20 g sugar and rum in the Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5.

Then pour into a container and set aside.

Put in the bowl the lemon zest and 40 g of sugar then mix 10 seconds at speed 10.

Insert the whisk and put in the bowl the egg yolks, the lemon zest, the mint syrup and mix 3 minutes at speed 3.

Add the mascarpone and mix for 2 minutes at speed 3.

Wash and dry the bowl, insert the whisk, put the egg whites and the remaining sugar and set 3 minutes at 37 ° speed 4.

Add the egg whites to the mascarpone cream and mix gently with a Maryse.


Soak the biscuits with the lemon juice mixture and divide them in verrines or a large dish.

Pour the cream with mascarpone then put a second layer of soaked biscuit and cover with mascarpone cream.

Place your tiramisu mojito in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
