Praliné ice cream with Thermomix






Here is the recipe for Thermomix praline ice cream, a delicious creamy and creamy ice cream, very easy to make with thermomix for a dessert or a refreshing seasonal snack.






Ingredients:

  • 350 g of milk

  • 150 g caster sugar

  • 80 g roasted almonds

  • 80 g roasted and peeled hazelnuts

Thermomix preparation:

Pour the milk into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

Put the sugar, almonds and hazelnuts in a saucepan and heat over low heat to melt the sugar.

Mix with a wooden spoon until the caramel appears.

Then pour the preparation into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool and harden.

Break the mixture into pieces then put them in the thermomix bowl and mix 1 minute from speed 6 to speed 9.

Then add the ice cubes of milk then set 30 seconds from speed 6 to speed 8 with the spatula instead of the cup.

Pour the ice into a container and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.
