- 400 g potatoes

- 10 g paprika
- 1 clove of garlic
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of thyme

Preparation:
Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Put the potatoes in a bowl then add the olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
