Here's the recipe for WW's light ricotta tiramisu, a tasty, light tiramisu in sugar or mascarpone, easy to make and perfect for a seasonal gourmet dessert or snack.
Ingredients for 6 people: - 7 SP / person
- 18 biscuits with spoon
- 200 g ricotta
- 200 g of white cheese 0%
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg
- 1 cup of sugar-free coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free cocoa
Preparation:
In a bowl put the ricotta, cottage cheese, agave syrup and cream and mix with an electric whisk to obtain a creamy mixture.
Soak the biscuit with the coffee mixture, and line the bottom of the individual mussels or verrines, add a layer of ricotta cream.
Place a layer of soaked biscuits then cover again with cream and sprinkle with cocoa when serving.
