Cherry Sorbet with Thermomix

Ingredients:

• 500 g frozen cherries


• 100 g sugar


• 1 egg white

Thermomix preparation:

Put the sugar in the thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds at speed 10.

add the cherries then mix 5 seconds at the turbo speed.

Add the egg white and set 1 minute 30 seconds to speed 5.

Then insert the whip and then program 1 minute at speed 3.

Then serve your cherry sorbet.
