Light Muffins with WW Jam

Here's the recipe for light muffins with WW jam, tasty, light-hearted muffins in fat with a heart flowing with jam, easy and simple to prepare for breakfast or afternoon tea.






Ingredients for 10 muffins: - 3 SP / muffin -

  • 200 g flour

  • 2 tablespoons sweetener

  • 1 jar of yogurt 0%

  • 50 ml of skimmed milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

  • 10 teaspoons of jam

Preparation:

In a bowl beat the eggs and the sweetener until a frothy mixture.

Add the yoghurt and milk and mix.

Then add the flour and yeast and mix well.

In muffin trays pour a little dough and put a teaspoon of jam in the center of each muffin and cover with the rest of the dough.

Then bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
