Ingredients:
- 140 g of flour
- 160 g grated coconut
- 3 eggs
- 180 g caster sugar
- 110 g of sunflower oil
- 1 jar of yoghurt with coconut
- 1 sachet of baking powder
Thermomix preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Insert the whisk into the bowl then put the eggs and sugar, set 5 minutes to speed 3.
Add the oil and yoghurt and set 40 seconds to speed 3.
Remove the whisk and add the flour, grated coconut and yeast, stir 1 minute at speed 4.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and bake for 40 minutes.
