Here's the recipe for pan-fried peas with ham and egg WW, a tasty pan fried light and complete, easy and quick to cook, to serve with a salad for a light and balanced meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person

  • 500 g of peas

  • 100 g white ham, defatted

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the peas for 3 minutes.

Add the diced ham, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.

Then break the eggs with salt and pepper and cover with a lid and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Then serve your pan fried immediately with a salad.
