Here is the recipe for clafoutis with peaches and white cheese with 1 SP, a delicious light clafoutis, without flour or cream, soft and well perfumed, very easy to make for a light and gourmet snack.






Ingredients for 5 people: - 1 SP / person

  • 350 g peaches

  • 5 tablespoons cottage cheese 0%

  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Wash the peaches and cut them in half, then remove the kernel and cut into wedges.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener until you get a frothy mixture.

Add the cornflour and mix.

Then add the cottage cheese and vanilla extract and mix until a homogeneous mixture.

In a pie dish covered with parchment paper, place the peaches and cover with the egg mixture.

Then bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 35 to 40 minutes.
