Clafoutis Light salmon with zucchini WW

Here's the recipe for light salmon clafoutis with zucchini WW, a tasty light, fluffy and fragrant clafoutis, easy to prepare, and ideal to serve alone as a starter or with a salad for a light evening meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 3 SP / person

  • 150 g smoked salmon

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 120 g of cottage cheese 0%

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • thyme

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash zucchini and cut into small pieces, then cut salmon into strips.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the zucchini for about 10 minutes.

Then add salmon, dirty slightly and pepper.

In a bowl beat eggs in omelettes and add to flour and mix.

Then add the cottage cheese, parmesan, thyme, salt and pepper and mix until a smooth paste.

In a baking dish lined with parchment paper, place zucchini and salmon and cover with egg mixture.

Then bake in the oven, preheat at 180 ° C for about 30 to 35 minutes.
