Zucchini Stuffed with Tuna and Ricotta WW

Here is the recipe for zucchini stuffed with tuna and ricotta WW, a good light dish with zucchini stuffed and au gratin, easy and simple to make, ideal to serve with a salad for a light meal.






Ingredients for 2 people: - 6 SP / person -

  • 2 zucchini

  • 160 g of natural tuna

  • 150 g ricotta

  • 1 egg

  • chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini then cut in half lengthways.

Dig them with a small spoon to get the zucchini flesh.

In a bowl put the egg and ricotta and mix well.

Add the crumbled tuna, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.

Stuff the half-zucchini with this mixture and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
