Strawberry Shortcake with Thermomix






Here's the strawberry charlotte recipe at Thermomix, a delicious and delicious seasonal cake, simple and full of fruit, very easy to prepare with thermomix and perfect for serving Mother's Day.






Ingredients:

  • 250 g of boudoirs

  • 150 ml of sugar syrup

  • 350 g whole cold liquid cream

  • 80 g caster sugar

  • 450 g fresh strawberries

Thermomix preparation:

Dip the boudoirs in the sugar syrup and place in the bottom and the outline of a hinged mold.

Dip the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Wash the strawberries and then mop them up.

Put 300 g strawberries in the thermomix bowl and mash for 20 seconds at speed 10.

Sieve the mashed potatoes in a sieve and put half of the mashed potatoes back into the thermomix bowl, add the sugar and set 2 minutes at 80 ° on speed 2.

At the ringtone add the gelatin and mix 20 seconds at speed 3.

Pour the mixture on the other reserved half and allow to cool completely.


Meanwhile, wash the bowl with cold water and dry it.

Insert the whisk into the bowl then put the cream and whisk for 1 minute 30 seconds at speed 3.5.

Add the chantilly cream to the strawberry purée and mix well with a Maryse.

Add the 150 g strawberries cut into small pieces and mix.

Then pour the cream into the bottom of the charlotte and smooth the top with a spatula.

Place your charlotte with fresh strawberries for about 3 to 4 hours.
