Here is the recipe of zucchini gratin with tomato sauce WW, a good gratin light, without béchamel sauce or cream, easy to make and perfect to serve with a slice of meat or grilled fish.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 sp / person -

  • 4 zucchini

  • 450 g tomato sauce

  • 125 g light mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini then cut them into thin slices using a mandolin.

Chop the garlic and cut the mozzarella into slices or small cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the zucchini, salt, pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

In a gratin dish put a layer of tomato sauce then put a layer of zucchini, slices of mozzarella and top with tomato sauce.

Then repeat the process until all the ingredients are gone.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake your gratin for 20 to 25 minutes.
