Ingredients for 1 person: - 7 SP -
- 1 egg
- 30 g of flour
- 25 g cornflour
- 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 60 g of yogurt at 0%
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
In a mug beat the egg with the agave syrup and the yoghurt and add the flour, cornflour, yeast and cocoa.
Then mix well until you get a smooth paste.
Microwave for about 1 minutes to 1 minute 30 to 900 W.
