Here's the recipe for Thermomix Tartar Sauce, a cold mayonnaise, pickle and caper sauce that's easy to make with thermomix and goes wonderfully well with fish and fried seafood.
Ingredients:
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 pickles
- 1 teaspoon of old-fashioned mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 5 sprigs of chives
Thermomix preparation:
Put parsley, capers, gherkins and chives in the thermomix bowl and set 8 seconds on speed 5.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix for 10 seconds at speed 2.
Then place your tartar sauce in the fridge until ready to serve.
