This is the recipe for WW light lemon ice cream sticks, a tasty lemon ice cream in stick, easy to make and especially perfect for cooling off this summer.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / people
- 90 ml of lemon juice
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation:
In a saucepan pour water and maple syrup and bring to a boil.
Then remove from heat and let cool.
Add the lemon juice and mix.
Pour the mixture into ice cream pans and place in the freezer for at least 6 to 7 hours.
