Here is the recipe for scrambled eggs with zucchini WW, a good dish, creamy egg and zucchini, easy and fast to cook for a light meal last minute.
Ingredients for 2 people: - 3 SP / person -
- 3 eggs
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini then cut into small pieces, and chop the onion.
In a non-stick pan heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes.
Then beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon until the eggs are cooked and scrambled.
Serve immediately your scrambled egg with zucchini.
