Strawberry Mojito with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Strawberry Mojito with Thermomix, a delicious and original refreshing cocktail made from fresh strawberries, easy and simple to make thermomix. This Mojito is to consume with a lot of moderation.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

• 200 g strawberries


• 120 g of brown sugar


• juice of 1 lemon


• 20 mint leaves


• 80 g rum


• 300 g of Sprite


• 60 g of martini


• ice cubes

Thermomix preparation:

Put the sugar in the bowl and mix for 10 seconds at speed 10.

Add the strawberries and set 10 seconds at speed 10.

Scrape the sides and add the mint leaves then set 5 seconds to speed 6.

Then add sprite, rum, lemon juice and martini then mix 1 minute at speed 1.

Then serve your mojito with ice cubes.
